VOTE for Guilty or Not guilty. How society can be part of a sentence and
Justice won’t contradict Law. By JR
In today’s world technology has overcome all stages and its
part of any second or minute of life. We fallow more our media connections than
a direct communication with our family. We text message in the same house just
to asked “love what are u doing or a simple kiss”. It’s not as old times that you will walk to
your wife or husband to asked or give the kiss.
BUT I want to referred to the case of Zimmerman where we can
read todays on all news that we are all lawyers “persecutors or defense”,
experts that know what or not what can have been done for justice be accurate
on the verdict. It’s not that
persecutors did not act well or did not confront the real facts to have him
convict as guilty.. Did we need more prove of a dead young man?
Why defense based on non-real acts proved that he is innocent?
Whom failed will the question be and my concern is why not to incorporate on
the justice system a society vote for sentence. We do all types of reality
shows and in none of them, even if whom you wanted to win its eliminated I don’t
see any protest of demonstrations that end with hurt people and more violence.
Why the Justice system does not incorporate as a law act and right of civil act
the Social media vote and participation on a sentence? Why not AMERICA
VOTED X % Guilty and Y % NOT Guilty and
be the judge whom one the jury has its decision open the envelop been audited
by the state department of justice, so the judge can confront the jury decision
with what AMERICA VOTE.
We have reality shows for all.. America have talent,
Americas most wanted, American Idol and so more and in all AMERICA VOTES and
nobody discusses the result of whom is elected, so why will the judge once
compares the verdict of the jury with Americas vote not made a decision?
We all believed to be lawyers once case is closed, in favor
or not agree with the sentence of the judge that is based on a jury
opinion. We all come up with comments of
law that will make justice more efficient and equal rights. We all confront the
jury opinion and we are all better lawyers that persecutors representing the
state, so why not AMERICA VOTE for Guilty or NOT Guilty.. Don’t we all think
that some cases on the past or now could have been different? I will not like to give or mention cases that
we all know NO GUITLY was absurd to be given been all the proves given and law
been so clear.
Justice will be more fare IF AMERICA VOTE for Guilty or NO Guilty.
Will you vote? Its todays right to be part of a sentence that afect my life and role in society. Its our right to live by the law and with justice. JR
