Oil is flying higher after Saudi Arabia and its Gulf allies started bombing targets in Yemen as the country slides closer toward civil war. Importers say the Saudi attack itself will unlikely disrupt supplies, but the threat of spreading war in the region could likely impact oil flows. The crisis now risks spiraling into a proxy war with Shiite Iran backing the Houthis, and Saudi Arabia and other regional Sunni monarchies supporting Yemeni President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
