Less Talk
One of the keys to connecting with the spiritual universe is to not talk so much.
It sound crazy simple, but it’s also super logical.
The more we talk, the more we become unaware of what’s being said and all that is happening around us. We disconnect from the bigger picture.
By the way, this goes not just for talking out loud, but talking in our heads too! Many of us may be quiet externally, but spend all day talking to ourselves in our heads.
The more we are busy with talking, either out loud or just internally, the less we can be truly present with others.
