Reporter shouldn't be surprised when '
ghost shows up at haunted house
It's nothing new for reporters to get photobombed (or videobombed) while their cameras are rolling, but Vanessa Bolano might be the first to have her broadcast upstaged by a ghost. Bolano taped a segment from Louisiana’s Myrtles Plantation, the "most haunted house in America," and when she reviewed her footage, she noticed a spooky-looking object flying over her shoulder. Bolano says that her paranormal co-star appeared when she was in the French Room, which is supposed to be the "most haunted" room in the ghost-stuffed house. So was it a ghost or just a ratings gimmick? Apparently, local viewers won't find out until Friday, when the full story airs.
While WGNO reporter Vanessa Bolano was investigating reports of hauntings at the Myrtles plantation in south Louisiana, she caught this image on her camera. Watch for Vanessa’s full story on WGNO’s News with a Twist at 5PM on Friday, December 14, 2012.
