Extra Measures
Go the extra mile in everything you do.
When you feel you have shared enough, share a little more. When you feel you have worked enough, stay an extra 30 minutes and begin the work that will need to be done tomorrow. When you give charity, give a few dollars more than you had wanted.
Our ego does not like to take the extra measure. Whenever you feel as if you want to stop, quit, or even run away, that is the time you need to gather up more strength – because there is so much more Light to be had in that instant!
Don’t be afraid to go to bed a little exhausted tonight. You may feel tired, but you will feel immensely more victorious.
