One of the biggest tricks of the Opponent is that it makes us think it is us; but the Opponent is an external force. It only exists within us when we invite it in. Our true soul is never the Opponent and always the Creator.
We mistakenly label it "MY ego, MY negativity, MY darkness. "
When we know our negativity exists outside we can separate the two and see the true version of ourselves and connect with the truth of our essence.
